Deleting Agents

To delete an agent:

1. Click on the required row to select an agent.
2. Click delete button (X) and the Confirm window appears. 
   
3. Click Yes to delete the agent.

Only agents with no dialing activity in the last 90 days can be deleted and deletions cannot be undone.
