Understanding the Attempt Supervisor User Interface
To access Attempt Supervisor, log in to the LiveVox Portal (LVP), select Configure > Contacts > Attempt Supervisor.
The AttemptSupervisor sectioncontains the following tabs:
Rules: Create, modify, view, copy, delete, and export rules.See theRulessection for information about rules.
Exclusions:Exclude accounts and phone numbers from being blocked even if they are blocked by the Attempt Supervisor rules. See theExclusions tabsection for additional information.
Contact Attempts:Search all the contact attempts for an account, phone number, clients, or specific date. See theContact Attempts Tabsection for additional information.
Rule Contact Counts:Search the number of contact attempts that have been made, and how many attempts are remaining for a specific account, a specific phone number, or an account-phone combination per specific rules. See theRule Contact Counts Tabsection for additional information.
DND (Do Not Dial): Search for all the active and expired call blocks. See theDo Not Dial (DND) Tabsection for additional information.
Auditor:View the changes made to rules, including the creation and deletion of rules. See theAuditor Tabsection for additional information.
