Many users have contact numbers, phone numbers, and email IDs that must not be blocked by the Attempt Supervisor. These are common test contacts, toll-free numbers, or directory assistance phone numbers. You can add these numbers and email IDs in the Exclusions tab so that these are not blocked.

You can enter up to 50 accounts and phone numbers in the Exclusions tab.

To enter a new contact number, phone number, or email ID, click the New button and enter the number or email ID that should not be blocked.

If a block is already in place for the contact, phone, or email ID, adding the contact, phone, or email ID to the Exclusions tab does not automatically remove the existing block.
