The Scorecard Queue screen displays a list of all the scorecards and the related details. The page displays details such as Created Date, Started Date, Modified Date, Completed Date, Total Records, Total Completed, Status, and Complete Duration for all the scorecards.

To filter the scorecard queue list

  1. On the WFO tab, click Conversation Reporting > Scorecard Queue.
    The Scorecard Queue window appears.
  2. Click the Search () icon.
  3. Enter the Date Filter Option. Choose between Added Date, Transcribed Date, Scored Date, Acknowledge Date, or Arbitration Date.
  4. Select Date Range or Custom Dates using the radio button.
    • For Date Range, choose an option using the drop-down menu.
    • For Custom Dates, enter the From and To dates.
  5. Select the value for the scorecard filters using the arrow key:
    • Individual - use this tab to select individual names from the Available list to the Selected list.
    • Groups - use this tab to select group names from the Available list to the Selected list. 
  6. Click Apply. The report displays the scorecards based on the filters selected.
  7. To download the report, click button.
