The Performance Report contains information about the Work Queue tasks, such as scheduling, ELearning, coaching, and acknowledgment tasks.

To access the Performance Report, navigate to WFO tab and click Work Queue > Performance Report.

Editing a Task

To edit a task:

  1. On the Performance Report screen, select a task and double-click.
  2. Make any changes such as re-assignments, status changes, and so on and click Save.

Exporting a Report

To export a report:

  1. On the Performance Report screen, click the Export to arrow and select:
    • PDF – To export the report in PDF format.
    • CSV – To export the report in CSV format.
