The Voice Pool tab of the Client editor allows the users to control the Voice Talents accessible when assigning dial attributes to a campaign.
By default, the following types of voice talent for audio files and text-to-speech (TTS) are available.
Claudine: French Canadian Female
Juanita: Spanish Female
Kate: British Female
Julie: American Female
Bob: American Male
Moving a Voice to the right column alone does not make them available. The appropriate audio file must be stored in the Voice database for all of your phrases. A failure to have this audio may result in calls disconnecting prematurely.
