Specifying Operating Hours for an Inbound Service
To specify operating hours for an inbound service, navigate to the Configure > Services> Inbound tab and configure the following:
Use the Configure Hours button to configure the hours of operation for the selected service.
Use the Inbound Hours option to define different call flow actions during operating hours and non-operating hours.
The Inbound tab is visible only when the Inbound service type is selected from the drop-down list. This tab displays the allowed inbound hours for the selected service.
Configure Hours: This button provides options to configure the hours of operations for the selected service.
Add Absolute Date: This button allows to configure the hours of operation for a specific date. Using Absolute date, the Inbound hours can be configured for a particular day.
Delete: This button deletes the selected configured Inbound Hours row.
