The Rule Contact Counts tab allows you to search the contact attempts made, and the remaining attempts for a specific contact, a specific phone number, or a contact-phone combination.
To search rule contact counts:
Specify the filter value in the Filter box to get the list, or click the filter icon in the upper-right corner to specify multiple filter values.
Specify the contact number, phone number, email address, client, or rule ID in the filter panel.
Click Apply to get the rule contact counts. The contact counts appear. Hover the mouse over the Contact attempt to see the remaining contact attempts.
In the results screen, rules that have a limit specified and attempts remaining within those limits will have the attempt count highlighted in green. Attempt counts for limits reached are highlighted in red
