The Keyword Usage report contains statistics about keyword usage by both agents and customers during the current week. The dashboard also displays the UUIDs of all keywords. 

To access the Keyword Usage report, othe WFO tab, click Conversation Reporting > Keyword Usage.

  • To access a report for a different period or for different parameters, use the Advanced Search icon (). For more information, see Creating a Saved Search
  • To add the report as an automated report, see Creating Automated Reports.
  • To export a report to a Microsoft Excel workbook, click the Export icon ().
  • To customize the table columns view, see the instructions in the Customizing a Table section in SpeechIQ Reporting.
  • To refresh the list, click the Refresh icon ().

Report Data Descriptions

The following table describes the statistics displayed in the report.

StatisticDescription
Keyword ListClick on the keyword list name to view all the keywords configured for the list. 
Date columnsThe date columns display the statistics for each day of the week. 
Chart view

Click the chart icon () to view the data in the form of a chart.

You can click on the keywords at the top of the chart to remove or add them in the chart

You can click on the highlighted values or keywords in the table to view detailed data, such as the individual keywords and phrases added to the list and the trending keywords and phrases.
