Jobs is a tool responsible for viewing your specific automated processes. Many custom automated processes performed by the LiveVox platform are defined within the Jobs settings. A Job is the combination of automated steps to achieve a certain objective. Your view of Jobs is read-only and can only be adjusted by LiveVox. However, understanding general criteria for each reporting Job as well as the ability to view them within the Jobs settings on the LiveVox Portal can help you interpret your Jobs' functions and potential errors.
Job Scheduler setup cannot be fully tested using internal test files. Unless you approve testing with a live file, testing of physical results is limited and is not final until User Acceptance Testing.
