Generating and Reviewing Call Reports
The Call Reports category is comprised of two reports, the Call Detail Report, and the Failed Operator Report. The Call Detail Report (CDR) provides details for every account dialed during a selected date range. Report Formats can have filters applied to only include or exclude certain service types, automated system vs agent-assigned outcomes, and other criteria automatically. The Failed Operator Report provides details for the call attempts coded as “Failed Operator Transfer.” These reports provide information on all accounts dialed over a selected date range.
