LiveVox sets up the services you intend to use when your client portal is created. Contact customercare@livevox.com to create a new inbound service. The other option is to copy the existing Basic service to create an inbound service and make changes to its parameters.

To copy a service:

  1. Select the Service to copy and select the Copy Service button.

    • Only copy QC Services to create another QC Service, Manual Services to create another Manual Service, etc.
    • Inbound Services should not be copied (contact customercare@livevox.com).


  2. Add a Name for the new service.
  3. Select Copy.

    Go to the Phones Numbers tab to associate/disassociate services to phone numbers.

    • To remove or change LCID association, see the Advanced Features section of the Settings Tab.
  4. Click Save. A success notification will display the updated information.
  • CID, Operator Phone, and Inbound/Callback phone must be filled out with a value for all Services in which an agent logs in.
  • New Services are not automatically included in the Custom Detail Report (CDR) – you must contact the LiveVox Customer Care Team to add new Services to the report.
  • Do-Not-Contact (DNC) settings/data are not passed to the new Service when Services are copied – you must either load DNC settings via the available interface or contact the LiveVox Customer Care Team for assistance.
