The Contact Attempts tab allows you to search all the contact attempts for the contact, phone number, or email ID, and the Attempt Supervisor rules that apply.
To search for contact attempts:
Specify the filter value in the Filter box to get the list of contact attempts, or click the filter icon in the upper-right corner to specify multiple filter values.
Filter by date range, clients, contact number, phone number, or email ID.
Click the Apply button to retrieve the contact attempts.
The search results list all contact attempts for the specific phone number, contact number, or contact-phone combination entered. The search is real-time. If a contact attempt is made during the time of the search, that is also listed.
