You can update the user role to provide fewer or more permissions to access LiveVox Portal features. To change the role type of a user:

  1. In the User editor, find the user entry that you want to update and double-click the row.
  2. In the User window that appears. use the Role drop-down menu to select the new role type.
  3. Click Save.
