A module defines the behavior for the contact flow and specifies the default messages (phrases) to be displayed to customers. Contact Flow Engine (CFE) consists of the following types of modules:
Basic Modules: appear in the Basic section on the Contact Flow tab of the Contact Flow window. Click each module link to know more. | Advanced Modules: appear in the Advanced section on the Contact Flow tab of the Contact Flow window. Click each module link to know more.
