The Associated Entities tab shows which entities (Client, Call Centers, Services) have the selected agent desktop assigned.
To access the Associated Entities tab, navigate to Configure > Agents > Agent Desktop > Add/Edit Agent Desktop> Associated Entities tab.
The following tables describe the fields that appear on the Associated Entities tab of the Agent Desktop editor.
Field | Description |

Name | Displays the descriptive name of the Service or Client. |
Type | Displays the object type the Agent Desktop is associated to, whether a Service or a Client. |
Agent Desktop can be assigned to multiple services (the Associated Entities tab displays those services using it) so a change intended for only one service can impact many more. It is a good idea to copy the agent desktop and edit/test before applying to the larger service group.
