This feature allows Sysadmin users the ability to unlock other users who have unsuccessfully tried to log into the LiveVox Portal.  After a previously set number of failed login attempts a user is “locked out,” requiring this intervention from a Sysadmin level user. The number of allowed failed attempts is configurable in the Client editor under the Security tab. By default, users are allowed five failed logins. 

To unlock a user:

    1. Go to the User editor and select the "locked" user.  As illustrated below, locked users will show a closed lock sign next to their name.  Clicking on the user will deliver the password management popup.
    2. Select OK to unlock user.
