The Contact Group has the contact elements listed below:
Contacts | Displays all contact records, along with a search option. | |
Highlight | Displays important contact information. | |
Detail | Displays the contact details of the selected contact. The contact details are dependent on the configuration. | |
Interactions | Displays all the attempted and successful interaction history associated with a contact. | |
Actions | Displays all contact tasks, along with a search option and the option for the agent to set reminders for follow-up activities (such as an email or a phone call) for a contact. | |
Directory | Displays all the phone numbers and email addresses associated with a contact, along with the option for an agent to modify them. | |
Notes | Displays all the notes associated with a contact. | |
Callback | Displays the assigned scheduled callbacks associated with a contact. | |
Screen pop | Displays the customer data. |
Steps to Add Contacts
To add elements to a page:
Expand the Elements section, and then drag and drop the Highlight element to the page.
The page appears as shown below:- You can collapse a panel on the canvas by using .
- You can delete a panel from the canvas by using .
- Click Save.
Managing Properties for the Elements
To change the properties of an element , use the Properties tab. For example, to change the title of the Contact highlight to Highlight.
Select the Contact Highlight element.
- When you select the Contact Highlight elements, the Component name changes to the element's title, as shown in the image.
- The Properties tab is enabled.
- Click the Properties tab.
The Properties details tab appears. - Change the values as required.
- Click Save.
