There are multiple ways to get data to and receive reports/call outcomes from LiveVox.  The FTP Browser allows you to quickly navigate between and exchange data with the SFTP site you may be using with LiveVox to support your automated processes.  If automation has been set up for your site (contact customercare@livevox.com to find out), frequent FTP Browser tasks include:


New lists, and any list which should have a Partitioning Template automatically assigned, can be sent to LiveVox by:

  1. Expand the "ftpIn" folder from under your client name. If your site uses multiple directories here consult your administrator for which to use.
  2. Select the Upload File button.
  3. Browse to your file on your system, hit Open, then the Upload button.
  4. Your file will appear on the Campaigns editor in the Active directory.

A call result file, unless it is picked up then deleted automatically by your system, can be downloaded by:

  1. Expand the "ftpOut" folder from under your root directory ("Client name" - Coll/). If your site uses multiple directories here consult your administrator for which to use.
  2. Navigate to the specific result file you want to download.
  3. Select the downward-facing green arrow from the Download column next to your file name and it will be saved to your local computer.

 

To delete a call result file:

  1. Expand the "ftpOut" folder from under your root directory ("Client name" - Coll/). If your site uses multiple directories here consult your administrator for which to use.
  2. Navigate to the specific result file you want to download.
  3. Select the red cross from the Delete column next to your file name and the result file will be removed.
