Assign Default Skill to Agents

You can assign default skills to agents in the Setup > Agents window. When a new agent is added, or if no skill is assigned to an agent, this default skill is used for integration.

Sentiment Scorecard Filter

In the Setup > Scorecards > Edit section, Sentiment is now removed from the Scorecard Filters, as sentiments are not available at the time of processing scorecards.
