There are multiple ways to get data to and receive reports/call outcomes from LiveVox platform.  The FTP Browser allows you to quickly navigate between and exchange data with the SFTP site you may be using with LiveVox the platform to support your automated processes.  If automation has been set up for your site (contact customercare@livevox.com to find out), frequent FTP Browser tasks include:

 

Expand
titleUpload Lists

New lists, and any list which should have a Partitioning Template automatically assigned, can be sent to LiveVox platform by:

  1. Expand the "ftpIn" folder from under your client name. If your site uses multiple directories here consult your administrator for which to use.
  2. Select the Upload File button.
  3. Browse to your file on your system, hit Open, then the Upload button.
  4. Your file will appear on the Campaigns editor in the Active directory.
