The Enterprise Service Package contains the LiveVox enterprise support package that is provided to accounts whose minimum commitment is $60K or more in product commitment or $5K per month. This includes the following:

  • All items in the Standard Service Package
  • A dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM)
  • Two consulting and/or add change tickets a month
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 99.99 with credits
  • Root cause analysis information
  • Yearly business reviews
