The Enterprise Service Package contains the SmartReach enterprise support package that is provided at no cost if a client has a $50K/month or more of product commitment. For accounts with a commitment of less than $50K/month, there is a $5K/month fee. The package includes the following:

  • All items in the Standard Service Package
  • A dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM)
  • Two consulting and/or add change tickets a month
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 99.99 with credits
  • Root cause analysis information
  • Yearly business reviews
