The Standard Service Package contains the LiveVox standard support package that is provided to accounts whose minimum commitment is 50K or less. This includes the following:

  • Phone and Chat support
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of 99.99 percent (credits negotiable if client requests)
  • Unlimited learner licenses
  • General questions answered using the Knowledge Base 
  • Additional tickets at $250 each
  • Dedicated account executive.
