The Voice Portal allows you to upload a new campaign or requeue a finished campaign from the service's Campaign Control panel. To upload a campaign:
- Select the service to which you want to upload a campaign from the navigation panel (Monitor > Call Centers > desired service).
- Select Upload.
- This opens the Upload Campaign screen.
- Select Choose File and select the required campaign file.
- Add the required information as when uploading a campaign through the campaign manager:
- Operator phone
- Caller ID
- Callback phone (this field is required)
- Voice
- AM option
- Dialing Strategy
- Scrub
- Select Upload to upload your campaign file.
- You will receive successfully uploaded campaign message. The campaign file will be displayed in the Campaign Control panel.
To requeue a campaign file:
- Select the finished campaign file.
- Select Requeue.
- This opens the Requeue Campaign file screen. Update the campaign attributes as you would when uploading a new campaign.
