The procedure to update the existing input filter is similar to the procedure used to create a new filter.
To add mapping:
- Click the Add Mapping button and enter in the position, source columns, and transformation.
- Repeat step for each column of input file data that should be stored by LiveVox.
- To update mapping:
- Select the row you want update.
- Double click on the row you want to update.
- Enter/select the required value.
- Click the Save button to update the mapping.
- To delete mapping:
- Select the row you want deleted.
- Click the Delete Mapping(s) button.
- Once all the changes are made click the Save button to save your changes.
