To copy an agent phonebook:
- Select the agent phonebook from the Agent Phonebook drop-down list.
- Click Copy Agent Phonebook and you will be prompted to enter the name in the Name field for the new agent phonebook.
- Click OK to proceed.
- If OK is selected, the "Agent Phonebook Copied" message will appear and the agent phonebook will be copied.
