Navigate to the Contacts manager by selecting Configure > Contacts > Contacts from the navigation panel. You can customize the display fields by clicking the cog icon at the top right in Contacts manager.



The Contacts manager offers the following tabs and links:

  • Contacts – Displays the list of contacts in Contact manager and allows you to edit uploaded contact data, manage consent and contacts, and create channel specific campaigns only for those that have the corresponding consent. It also allows you to search for contacts using basic or advanced search. See Contact Manager: Contacts Tab section for detailed information.
  • Groups – Allows you to create, modify and delete contact groups within Contacts manager and allows you to define Contact Group as the source for Caller ID or Callback Number when creating a campaign out of Contacts manager. See Contact Manager: Groups Tab section for detailed information.
  • Scheduled Campaign Jobs– Alows you to create recurring campaigns from the Contact manager throughout the week (any-day or time). See Contacts Manager - Scheduled Campaign Jobs Tab section for detailed information.
  • Import/Export Jobs – Allows you to create multiple import and export jobs, also provides you one central view of all jobs. See Contacts Manager - Import/Export Jobs Tab section for detailed information.
