Prerequisites
Before you create and run campaigns, you must configure the following components in LVP:
- Configure the required Services for each call center
- Assign the correct permissions to administrators and managers
- Ensure that compliance tools such as Do Not Contact (DNC) lists are in place
- Create profiles for compliant contact policies
- Create contact (dial) strategies
- Create Transaction input filters to process campaign file uploads correctly
