Single Sign On (SSO)
LVP supports SSO functionality when logging in through the Agent Desktop Native (ADN) application or a web browser using a URL. The SSO functionality support is built upon Security Authentication Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) standards. Currently, LVP supports the following SSO identity provider (IdP) IdPs: Okta and Azure. LiveVox plans to add support for additional IdP providers in future releases.
- You must have your own IdP because LiveVox does not provide an IdP.
- For more information about SSO, see Configuring the Single Sign On Capability.
