LiveVox offers automatic alerts that will be sent out to you via email whenever specific events occur. The following types of alerts are available:

  • Campaign account left alarms
  • Campaign life cycle events
    • Campaign pause
    • Campaign reported


LiveVox does not currently support agent alarms.


  • Alerts must be requested and configured by LiveVox Client Setup team. For new alerts or to confirm what may be already setup for your site, please reach out to client-services@livevox.com.
  • Once setup, alerts are distributed to the email indicated in the email column of the User editor page. An email must be defined before setting up the alerts. Permitted users (Superuser/Sysadmin/Alerts Only) will be able to add, change or delete email addresses via the Admin UI.
