Tags are created by users (during interaction review) to group the related interactions together for quick filtering. There can be multiple tags per call or multiple calls per tag.
If the tag name was previously created, the name appears when you start typing the name. Select this tag to help eliminate multiple variations of the same tag due to misspellings, inconsistent capitalization, punctuation, etc.
You can customize the displayed report table as follows.

Display or hide certain columns in the table.
Click the arrow next to any column heading, and then click the Columnsoption.
If you want to display certain columns in the table, select the checkboxes next to their names.
If you want to hide certain columns in the table, clear the checkboxes next to their names.
Sort the values in a column in ascending or descending order.
Click the column heading once or twice as required. Alternatively, you can click the arrow next to the column heading, and then select theSort Ascendingor Sort Descending option.
Filter thestatistics based on a column.
Click the arrow next to the column heading, and then use the Filters option.
Lock or unlock a column.
Click the arrow next to the column heading, and then click the Lock or Unlock option.
To search for a specific tag, use the Filter field or the Advanced Searchicon ().
To view details of only active tags, select the Active Only checkbox.
To refresh the list, click theRefreshicon ().
Click New. The New Tag popup window appears.
Specify a name for the tag.
Select the Active checkbox if you want to make the tag active to consider for scoring.
Click Save.
To modify a tag, select the tag that you want to modify and click Edit or double-click the tag. You can modify the details in the Edit Tag popup window.
