A scorecard category is used to determine which scorecard is available to process which transactions. The category is based on the grouping of similar type of scorecards.
You can customize the displayed report table as follows.

Display or hide certain columns in the table.
Click the arrow next to any column heading, and then click the Columnsoption.
If you want to display certain columns in the table, select the checkboxes next to their names.
If you want to hide certain columns in the table, clear the checkboxes next to their names.
Sort the values in a column in ascending or descending order.
Click the column heading once or twice as required. Alternatively, you can click the arrow next to the column heading, and then select theSort Ascendingor Sort Descending option.
Filter thestatistics based on a column.
Click the arrow next to the column heading, and then use the Filters option.
Lock or unlock a column.
Click the arrow next to the column heading, and then click the Lock or Unlock option.
To search for a specific report, use the Filter field.
To view details of only active scorecard categories, select the Active Only checkbox.
To refresh the list, click the Refresh icon ().
ClickNew. The New Scorecard Categories popup window appears.
Specify a name for the scorecard category.
ClickSave.
Double-click the scorecard category that you want to modify. Alternatively, you can select the scorecard category and then clickEdit. TheSettings tab appears.
You can:
Change the name of the scorecard category.
Make the status of the scorecard category active, by selecting the Active checkbox.
Select the scorecard that you want to include in the scorecard category from the Available column, and then click the right arrow to move it into the Selected column.
To filter the scorecards, use theFilter by namebox.
To remove the scorecard from the scorecard category, select the scorecard and then click the left arrow.
To revert all your changes, click the reset icon.
ClickSave.
The History tab displays the change history of the selected scorecard category. The table shows the description of the changes made, the name of the user, and the date and time of all changes. The timestamp in the Changed On column is represented in Eastern Time.
