You can utilize the Config to create E-learning assignments and categories.

After adding content to the Library, you can determine the training needs of agents and assign one or more items to an agent. E-Learning Assignment allows you to search for the appropriate training material from the Content Library and assign it to agents.To create E-learning assignment:

  1. On the WFO tab of the LiveVox Portal, click eLearning> Config.
  2. The Elearning Config window appears.
  3. Click New. The New Assignment Type window appears.
  4. Enter the assignment name.
  5. Click the Save button to save the Assignment.

You can delete an assignment from the E-learning assignment list. To delete the assignment:

  1. On the WFO tab of the LiveVox Portal, click eLearning> Config.
  2. The Elearning Config window appears.
  3. From the Assignment Types subtab.
  4. Select the assignment you want to delete. 
  5. Click the Delete button. The assignment is removed from the E-Learning Config window.

You can create new E-Learning Categories. To create a new category:

  1. On the WFO tab of the LiveVox Portal, click eLearning> Config.
  2. The Elearning Config window appears.
  3. From the Settings subtab.
  4. Click New. The New Category window appears.
  5. Enter the category name.
  6. Click the Save button to save the Category.
