The Agent Hours tab allows you to schedule the availability of the agent for the specific hours.
To add the availability:
- Uncheck the Not Available checkbox for the required days.
- Choose the time by sliding on the time bar. Available time for a day is 0:00 to 24:00 on the scale of 15 minutes.
- You can view the agent availability hours under the Availability column and total number of hours under the Total time column.
- Click the Ok button.
- Click the Save button to add/update the agent availability hours.
