The Test Call feature allows you to launch an outbound unattended or agent desktop call using the service’s settings without loading a dialing list.  To access it, navigate to the Campaign Control panel in the Service Page and select the Test Call button. 

If launching an agent desktop call, please ensure you have an agent logged in and ready.

The Test Call feature includes basic and advanced configurations.  

  • The Basic screen allows users to simply enter a phone number and launch a test call with basic defaults.

  • The Show Advanced Options screen allows users to enter customer-specific information which might be used in the IVR or shown on the agent desktop once connected.  For example, phone number 2, email, or total amount.
