The Agent Book displays a list of agents logged into the Voice Portal. The widget displays the agents logged in at Enterprise, Call Center and Service levels. The widget also displays the agent status in color of the frame.

In addition, the Agent Book widget enables you to filter the agents based on the following options at the Service level:

  • All: Displays all the agents logged into the service as well as the target agents for that Service.
  • Logged into Service: Displays the agents logged into the service only (This is the default setting).
  • Clicker Agents: Displays the agents logged into HCI or 10DMT service only.
  • Target Agents: Displays the agents based on the preferred routing irrespective of the service they are logged in to.
