Why would I want to do this? What advantages does it give me? Is this the recommended way to create an Agent Desktop? What is the relationship between the existing Designer Desktop and an Agent Desktop? I think the Designer Desktop is like the "source" for the Agent Desktop? If so, we should say that. 

Ensure that the Designer Desktop that you want to access is published.

To access a Designer Desktop:

  1. On the LiveVox Portal (LVP), on the Configure tab, go to Agents > Agent Desktop.
    The Agent Desktop window appears.
  2. In the Desktops field, select the Agent Desktop that contains the Designer Desktop that you want to access.
  3. If the Designer tab does not appear, select the Agent Panel + Designer option.
  4. On the Designer tab, in the Designer Desktop field, select the Designer Desktop that you want to access, and then click Open Designer in new tab icon.
    The Designer Desktop appears on the Design subtab of the Designer window.
