Navigate to the Services editor by selecting Configure > Client/Service > Services from the Navigation Panel.
The Services editor main page offers the following tabs and buttons:
Tabs
- General - Displays the main settings for a selected service. See the General Tab section for detailed information.
- ACD Settings - Displays all ACD settings for the selected service. See the ACD Settings Tab section for detailed information.
- Campaigns - Similar to the campaign manager, this section allows you to view and control dialing lists. See the Campaigns Tab section for detailed information.
- Change History - Displays all the recent adjustments made using the Services editor. See the Change History Tab section for detailed information.
- Click Distribution - This tab allows permitted users to configure preferred click distribution. See the Click Distribution Tab section for detailed information.
- Inbound - Displays the allowed inbound hours for the selected service. See the Inbound Tab section for detailed information.
- Messaging - Displays the default input filter as well as the very flexible Properties section. See Messaging Tab section for detailed information.
- Phones - Displays the default numbers for the selected service. See the Phone Numbers Tab section for detailed information.
- Preview Settings - Displays only when either Preview All (Preview) or Preview All (API Enabled) are selected. See the Preview Settings Tab section for detailed information.
- Routing - Allows to view and select the preferred routing method being Service, Service Group, or Agent Teams. See the Routing Tab section for detailed information.
- Settings - Displays advanced settings of the selected service. See the Settings Tab section for detailed information.
- Termination Codes - The list of termination codes assigned for the service is available to view. See the Termination Codes Tab section for detailed information.
Buttons
- Delete - Delete a service. See Deleting Services section for detailed information.
- Change Call Center - Move service to a different Call Center. See section on Move Services to a Different Call Center for detailed information.
- Copy Service - Copy a service. See section on Copying Services for detailed information.
