Creating a Note

To create a note through Ticketing:

  1. Select the Notes tab.
  2. Click New at the bottom left of the screen. A New Note window appears.
  3. Add Name and Description of the note.
  4. Click Save.

In addition, you can add notes specific to Account and/or Contact.

  1. Select a specific account or contact.
  2. Select Notes tab of account or contact.
  3. Click New. A New Note window appears.


  4. Add Name and Description of the note.
  5. Click Save.

Deleting a Note

To delete an existing note from the Notes tab:

  1. Double-click to open a note.
  2. Click More at the top right of the note.
  3. Click Delete.
