Creating a Note
To create a note through Ticketing:
- Select the Notes tab.
- Click New at the bottom left of the screen. A New Note window appears.
- Add Name and Description of the note.
- Click Save.
In addition, you can add notes specific to Account and/or Contact.
- Select a specific account or contact.
- Select Notes tab of account or contact.
- Click New. A New Note window appears.
- Add Name and Description of the note.
- Click Save.
Deleting a Note
To delete an existing note from the Notes tab:
- Double-click to open a note.
- Click More at the top right of the note.
- Click Delete.
