You can change the hours for the shift and breaks per shift for an agent.

  1. On the Configure tab of the LiveVox Portal, click Agents > Agent Scheduling. Alternatively, on the WFO tab of the LiveVox Portal, you can click Workforce Management > Agent Scheduling.
    The Agent Scheduling window appears.
  2. Modify the shift either from the Schedules tab or from the Agent tab.
    • Modifying a shift from the Schedules tab:
      1. Click the Schedules tab.
      2. Double-click the shift you want to modify. The Edit Assignments window appears. 
    • Modifying a shift from the Agents tab:
      1. Click the Agents tab.
      2. From the Agents column, click the name of the agent for whom you want to modify the shift details.
        In the right-pane, the shift details for that agent are displayed.
      3. Double-click the shift you want to modify. The Edit Assignment window appears.
  3. Modify the required options. You can modify the Start time, End time, add or delete breaks. You can also add comments.
  4. Click the Save button.

If non-active time or published shifts are modified for an agent, a notification is sent to the agent in the Work Queue.

Updating in Bulk

If shifts that are assigned to multiple agents have the same shift start time, end time, break time, you can select those shifts and update the parameters. To update parameters in bulk:

  1. On the WFO tab, go to Workforce Management > Agent Scheduling. You can also navigate to the Schedule tab from Configure > Agents > Agent Scheduling.
    The Agent Scheduling window appears.
  2. Click the Schedules tab.
  3. Click Edit Multiple Assignments.
  4. Select the shifts you want to update and click Edit Selected Assignments.
  5. Update the fields you want to change and then click Save.
