Mapping which services contribute to the outbound or inbound sections can be done in two ways: by service group or by service.

Mapping by Service

This is useful for a newly added service that needs many service groups modified at once.

1. Go to the Configure > Services > Services Group > Mapping by Service tab.
2. Select the required service from the Service drop-down list.
   
3. Add single or multiple service groups; Select single or multiple items using CTRL-click and move to the Assigned Groups column using the single arrow button or select all entries using the double arrow button.
4. Click Save.

Mapping by Service Group

This is useful for adding many services to a single service group.

1. Go to the Configure > Services > Services Group > General tab.
2. Double-click a service group's name to edit its settings. The Service Group pop-up appears.
   
3. From the General tab, add single or multiple services; Select the service from the Available service(s) column and transfer the service to the Assigned service(s) column using the arrows. Select multiple items using CTRL-click and move to the Assigned services column using the single arrow button or select all entries using the double arrow button.
4. Click OK, then Save.
