Accepts the key presses entered by the client and stores them in the specified custom contact flow variables. The variables hold the value for the duration of the call.
This module does not perform any validation.
Message Properties
Display Name | Description |
Get Number Prompt Phrase | The prompt played at beginning of the module asking the customer to enter the specified number. You can edit the phrase by double-clicking the text field to access the Phrase editor. The default phrase is 'Please enter your account number'. |
Get Number Invalid Phrase | The prompt played if the user enters an invalid number. |
Get Number No Input Phrase | The prompt played if the user does not enter any number. |
Get Number Max Retries | The maximum number of retries the system allows for entering numbers. (Default 2) |
Variable to Store the Number | Define the contact flow variable to store the number. |
Get Number Max Invalid Phrase | The maximum number of times a user is asked to enter the correct number when they enter an invalid number. |
Get Number Max No Input Phrase | The maximum number of times a user is asked to enter a number when they don't enter any number. |

Bargein | Yes (default) indicates that the customer can press a key when a message is playing. No indicates that pressing a key when a message is playing will not stop the message. |
