.Dial-Time Phone DNC - Adding Entries vU9

The phone DNC editor tool allows you to associate phone numbers to a Contact Group. If a phone number does not have an associated Contact Group, the number is restricted on dial-time regardless of the DNC Contact Group mapping in the Service editor.

You can add DNC entries by using one of the following methods:

• Dial-Time Phone DNC editor Tool
  • Dial-Time Phone DNC - Individual DNC Entries
  • Dial-Time Phone DNC - File Upload

• FTP/SFTP (if configured)
  • File upload to the DNC system

• Call Disposition (if configured)
• Dial-Time Phone DNC - Based on Call Disposition
