You can use the Design subtab of the Desktops tab to define what elements are displayed on an Agent Desktop page and how they appear. The Design subtab contains the following sections:

• Left pane: Contains the pages that you can add to the Agent Desktop.

• Toolbar: Appears below the subtab heading and contains elements and containers that you can use to design pages. 
  

  • Elements represent the sections that appear on the Agent Desktop. 
  • Containers represent the visual appearance of the sections on the Agent Desktop.

  
  

• Canvas: Appears next to the left pane and contains a space to add elements and containers from the toolbar.
