A profile of a customer contains the following information:
- Basic details about the customer.
- Segments to which the customer belongs.
All bot conversations associated with the customer.
You can view and manage the profiles of the customers (including visitors) who have interacted with bots (that is, bot users) in the Users window.
To access the Users window, in the left pane, click Users.
The Users window contains the following tabs:
All users: List of all bot users.
Segments: Groups into which bot users are separated based on shared characteristics.
- Properties: Attributes used to define a bot user.
