The Credit Card Basic widget allows you to configure message prompts and card types so an agent can guide the customer through the payment information-gathering process by relaying the required instructions directly to the customer. For information about how to add the widget, see the Agent Desktop: Extended Panel Tab section.
The following table describes the fields you must configure in the Add Credit Card - Basic window.

| Window Title | Enter the widget name. |
Enabled | Click the checkbox to enable the widget on the extended panel of the agent desktop. |
| Credit Card Text | Enter the message prompt for the credit card number. |
| Expiry Text | Enter the message prompt for the credit card expiration date. |
| Security Text | Enter the message prompt for the security code. |
| Credit Card Types | You can select from the following card types to capture the payment:

| OK | Click OK to save the changes. |
| Cancel | Click Cancel to discard the changes. |
