Assessor allows you to generate reports at the end of each month for billing purpose. Navigate to WFO Assessor > Review tab to generate reports.

 

  1. Select the search criteria from Filter panel. See Assessor - Score Tab for the description of search options.
  2. Select the required option from the Group By drop-down menu to group the results of the report by Agent, Service, Campaign, or Agent Teams.
  3. To generate a report, click Run.

You can Export the report and data to another file type by selecting a format from the drop-down menu for storage and analysis.

Summary Panel

The above image displays a sample report that provides the list of scored calls, average score, and the trend percentage under Summary panel. 

  1. Click the plus sign (+) to view additional details of the scored calls.
  2. You can view the score, scored date, assessor who scored the call, evaluation status, and number of evaluations.

  3. Click the bar graph icon in the Score Graph column to view the score graph that displays the score details of a specific agent or agent team in graphical view.
