The Review tab of Assessor editor allows you to generate reports at the end of each month for billing purpose.
Navigate to WFO Assessor > Review tab.

 

Reviewing the Assessor Tab

  1. Select the search criteria from Filter panel. See Assessor - Score Tab for the description of the search options.
  2. Group the results of the reports Agent, Service, Campaign, or Agent Teams.
  3. Select the required option from the Group By drop-down menu.
  4. Click Run.

    You can Export the report and data to another file type by selecting a format from the drop-down menu for storage and analysis.


Viewing Additional Details in Graph Form

To view additional details of score calls:

  1. Click +.
    In the Summary panel, a report appearing displaying a list of scored calls, average score, and the trend percentage.
  2. You can view score, scored date, the assessor who scored the call, evaluation status and number of evaluations.

  3. You can also view the score details of a specific agent or agent team in graphical view.
  4. Click the bar graph icon in Score Graph column to view the score graph.
