The Actions option enables you to customize the designer desktop to trigger APIs that allow agents to perform specific actions upon the selection of an event. This option is enabled only at the desktop level.

Adding an Action

To add an action for a desktop:

  1. Select the desktop for which you want to add an action.
  2. Click Add an Action button.
    The New Event window appears.
  3. In the Event and API fields, sect an event and an API, respectively.
  4. In the Method field, select a trigger method.
  5. Click Save.
