Before You Begin
Ensure that the Designer Desktop that you want to access is published.
To access a Designer Desktop:
- On the Configure tab of the LiveVox Portal (LVP), click Agents > Agent Desktop.
The Agent Desktop window appears. - In the Desktops field, select the Agent Desktop containing the Designer Desktop that you want to access.
- If the Designer tab does not appear, select the Agent Panel + Designer option.
- On the Designer tab, in the Designer Desktop field, select the Designer Desktop, and then click the Open Designer in new tab icon
.
The Designer browser tab appears displaying the Designer window. The selected Designer Desktop appears on the Design subtab of the Desktops tab.
